 ● I am experienced leader, high performance specialist and tennis consultant with over 40 years of experience in international tennis; 

● I am very passionate about, have deep interest and expertise in leadership in tennis, high performance development, tennis participation; 

● I have considerable experience of coaching in different academies, clubs around the world including Asia, USA, Eastern Europe; 

● I have a deep insight into the business of tennis from over 30 years of experience;

About me

By profession, I am an experienced high-performance tennis coach who has demonstrated the ability to help players reach beyond their potential in both sport and life. I am passionate about sports, fitness training, and all aspects of tennis that nurture leaders and leadership. With over 40 years of experience in international tennis with coaching assignments in Asia, USA, China, Europe, including Poland, I have a deep insight into the business of tennis. 

For me, it all started as a top 100-ranked player in the USSR and winning national titles as a junior. Moving into coaching, I have worked with both ATP and WTA players, coached top International, TE, ITF junior players and travelled to many tournaments all around the globe. Coaching future champions has taught me about what it means to be committed, a role model and a leader. Everyone can be leader and reach beyond their potential.

Working with children and youth

A consistent theme throughout my career has been working with children and youth. In the 1990s, while living in Krakow, I helped initiate Polish-Ukrainian collaborations focused on supporting children from Ukrainian orphanages with the Polish Environmental Partnership Foundation in Krakow, Poland
